Members Registration is open to all Tyler Cates American Legion Post 281. This process will take you around 5-10 minutes pending the speed our administration confirms your membership. Please follow the steps below... If you have any problems stepping thru this process please contact us through our contact form.

Step 1 - Select Member Login at bottom of Home Page

Step 2 - Select "Don't Have An Account" so you can register for your account

Step 3 - Enter your registration information - Username, e-Mail & Password

Step 4 - You wll then receive the following message below: 

Your account has been created and a verification link has been sent to the email address you entered. Note that you must verify the account by selecting the verification link when you get the email and then an administrator will activate your account before you can login.

Step 5 - Click On Verification Link to Verify Your E-Mail

Step 6 - Once our website administrators verify your e-mail (and that you are a Member) - then you will received this final confirmation!

Your email address has been verified so you are all set.
Once our Website administrator approves your account you will be notified by email and you can login to the site.

Step 7 - Account Activated - Well Done You Are Now Registered!

Now you can log into the members section - and read the latest Posted Minutes...

 LCPL Steven Charles Tyler CatesLCPL Steven Charles Tyler Cates was an Infantryman in the 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, United States Marine Corps. He was a Mt Juliet resident and graduated from Mt. Juliet High School in 2001. He enlisted in the Marine Corps on September 19, 2001. He was deployed to Iraq in August, 2004 and killed by enemy fire in September, 2004. He was the son of Patricia Cates Shaw and her husband Phillip Shaw of Mt Juliet and his father Steven C. Cates of Lebanon.

YES, We are meeting tonight at the Rutland Center.    They had minimal damage during the Tornado and the building maintenance department has stated they the Rutland Center is open for business.  We have called them to assure that things are OK.  

YES,  We are hosting a Pizza Fellowship at 6:15 tonight, prior to our meeting.    The meeting starts at 7:00 PM.     Kenny Martin, the City Manager for Mt. Juliet, will be our guest speaker.     

If you are not aware, Wilson County EMA has issued an advisory:  Planned Event: I-40 near Golden Bear Exit 229. Date/Time: March 11-15, 9a & 12p Expect 30-minute closures.
